Mamata Government, on Tuesday, issued guidelines for domestic air travel amid the pandemic. Mouth masks or face covers have been made mandatory for all passengers.
As per the guidelines, all passengers shall undergo health screening at point of departure and only asymptomatic passengers shall be allowed to board the plane. All passengers will be asked to submit self-declaration forms on arrival and will be monitored for 14 days.
West Bengal government will allow flight operations in the state from May 28.
