Jalpaiguri, 21st February: The Governor of West Bengal, Jagdeep Dhankhar, and his wife visited Lataguri, on Friday morning to inaugurate a workshop and a training camp organized on behalf of the Advocate Welfare Association in Lataguri.
The Governor arrived at the Bagdogra Airport on a special flight from Kolkata, today morning and immediately left for Lataguri. All arrangements, regarding the safety of the Governor, were made by the Police administration. He will be leaving for Kolkata, this evening. A large number of lawyers from all over the country including the Kolkata High Court Judge Samapti Chatterjee and State Tourism Minister Goutam Deb were present during the workshop.
