Kaliaganj, 6th January: The Kaliaganj police arrested another accused, identified as Sujan Barman in the gang-rape case of a female hotel worker in Hariharpur, Kaliaganj.
Reportedly, the police arrested the two accused Nakula Mahanta and Shibu Barman, the immediate day after the incident occurred. For proper investigation and interrogation, the police had taken one of the accused in jail custody for 4 days. After interrogating him, the police got information about the other accused Sujan Barman, on the basis of which they conducted a campaign on Sunday night and arrested Sujan from Kaliaganj area.
Today, the accused Sujan Burman and Shibu Bamarn will be produced at the Raiganj court.
