Saturday, 07th September: On the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi in different parts of the country, Siliguri Mayor Gautam Deb and Police Commissioner C. Sudhakar arrived at the Ramakrishna Mission Sevak House in Salugara.
As per reports, Mayor Deb and the Police Commissioner participated in the festivities, worshipped the deity and accepted the puja offering. They further inspected the ashram and observed the ongoing celebrations. In this regard, Mayor Gautam Deb appreciated the fulfilling experience in participating in the celebration.
