Naxalbari, 03rd February: A four-wheeler overturned on Asian Highway 2 near Atal, adjacent to Kiranchandra Tea Estate in Naxalbari, leaving five people injured.
As per reports, the vehicle was traveling from Siliguri to Naxalbari when it lost control and overturned on the roadside while attempting to overtake. Among the injured were the driver and four passengers.
Following the incident, all injured individuals were rescued and admitted to a private hospital in Bagdogra for treatment.
Upon receiving information, officials from Naxalbari police and the Naxalbari traffic guard reached the spot. The police recovered the vehicle using a crane and initiated an investigation into the incident.
