Four soldiers killed in army vehicle accident at Dalapchand in Sikkim

Sikkim, 05th September: Four Indian Army soldiers tragically lost their lives in a road accident in Pakyong district of Sikkim on Thursday. The incident occurred when their vehicle, en route from Pedong to Zuluk in Sikkim, lost control at Dalapchand and plunged into a deep gorge.


The deceased soldiers have been identified as driver Pradeep Patel from Madhya Pradesh, Peter from Manipur, Naik Gursev Singh from Haryana, and Subedar K. Thangapandi from Tamil Nadu. All were part of a unit stationed in Binnaguri, West Bengal. Indian Army officials have confirmed the fatalities.
