Alipurduar, 28th August: The foundation day of Trinamool Chhatra Parishad was celebrated in every block of Alipurduar district.
Despite the heavy rains, the workers celebrated the foundation day at the Kalchini Trinamool Congress office with pomp. Other members of the council were also present. At the same time, the foundation day was celebrated at party office in Yoshodhara area of Alipurduar.
