Kalchini, 15th February: The Kalchini Police arrested five individuals for the robbery of an E-Rickshaw (Toto). The arrested individuals have been identified as Rajiv Hussain, Anaul Haq, Mahidul Haq, Mahabul Islam and Prasenjit Sarkar.
It was reported that a Toto was stolen from the Hamiltonganj Bazar area on February 9. In this context, the owner of the Toto, Rajesh Chettri, had lodged a complaint at the Kalchini Police station. Based on the complaint, the Police investigated the incident and arrested the five individuals.
The accused arrested were presented in the Alipurduar Court, today.
