Siliguri, 17th October: Tension grips the area of Mahatma Gandhi More’s Market when a fire broke out. As per the locals, this morning local business people saw smoke coming out of the electricity meter installed in the market.
The fire department was immediately informed and two fire engines reached the spot and doused the fire.
On receiving the news of the incident the local business people including former councilor of Ward No. 10 Jyotsna Agarwal, and BJP leader Bikash Sarkar reached the spot.
