FIFA World Cup 2022 finale fever takes over sweets and desserts shops in Siliguri

18th December: The FIFA World Cup is about to conclude with the finale between two champions Argentina and France where they will compete to win the most anticipated game. The finale is all set to be held at the Lusail Stadium in Qatar in the final. 
A lot of excitement is witnessed around the world about the FIFA World Cup held in Qatar. At the same time, excitement is at its peak in Siliguri city as well regarding the final match of the Football World Cup. On the other hand, people are thrilled with the fever of the World Cup, and this time even sweets are playing a major role in the celebrations. Confectionaries and sweet shops are seen selling Argentinian-colored rasgulla and langcha in Siliguri. 
Keeping in mind the final match to be held on Sunday, a sweet shop adjacent to NJP Netaji More is selling Argentinian-colored rasgulla and langcha. The shop is witnessing a great rush of ardent Argentina fans who have been buying sweets at the sweet shop since morning. The shop is also decorated with blue and white balloons and Argentina jerseys. Also, the walls of the shop have been put up with pictures of Lionel Messi playing football. 
This dessert is specially made for fans of Argentina. The price of said Rasgulla and Langcha has been kept at Rs.20. Rasgulla and Langcha sweets have been made for 500 to 700 rupees. The businessman said that if the result is good then sweets will be made again at night. In this regard, shop owner Rajeev Ghosh said that Messi holds a greater meaning which is a passion for football. He added that this year will witness Messi’s last World Cup and being an ardent supporter of Argentina and Messi he hopes for their victory.
