Rajganj, 28th October: Fatapukur Kishore Sangha Club in Rajganj will construct a puja pandal resembling the Shaheed Minar in Kolkata. Preparations are going on in full swing.
The club will enter its 27th year and they organize theme puja almost every year. This year too, they have decided to create something unique for the visitors.
Shubhankar Ghosh, culture secretary of the club, said, “Puja pandal is being built in the style of Shaheed Minar in Kolkata. A 10 feet high idol is being built and lighting facilities have been brought from Chandannagar.”
Apart from organizing puja in compliance with the COVID safety measures, awareness will also be raised. Cultural programmes will also be held during the festive days.”
