Siliguri, 27th April: Siliguri Municipal Corporation’s Ward No. 32 resident Manoj Sengupta died after being hit by a train while crossing the railway line. According to reports, Manoj was on his way to work on Wednesday morning when the tragic incident occurred in the Kamrangaguri area under NJP police station.
Manoj was recovered in critical condition and immediately rushed to the North Bengal Medical College and Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries after some time. The incident has left the area in a state of mourning and sadness.
