As the COVID-19 pandemic progresses, the use of mouth masks has become a common part of life. It is yet to figure out which gives the best protection to the wearer or to those around them. Although all masks are said to provide protection, doctors recommend surgical N95 masks especially for the frontline workers fighting this long-haul war against COVID-19.
According to the reports, a specific type of mask is sold in Switzerland that can be used for 210 days at a stretch but must be washed every week. However, as the market price of these masks is very high, the entire population cannot afford it.
But doctors say it is up to the general public to decide what kind of masks can be used for their safety, as everyone needs to be careful considering the rising number of coronavirus cases across the country.
