Siliguri, 17th April: Many elderly and ailing voters, as well as their family members, came to cast their votes at the polling station of Sri Guru Vidyamandir High School in Ward No. 47 of the Siliguri Assembly constituency.
A 90-year-old woman arrived with the help of her neighbor. She expressed outrage over the lack of wheelchair facilities at the polling station.
Meanwhile, a 40-year-old ailing woman also came to cast her vote. Her family members expressed anger as there was no wheelchair arrangement at the polling station.
