Bagdogra, 07th November: The Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI’s) ‘Insaf Yatra’, demanding jobs and education, arrived at Bagdogra via Siliguri. On Monday, DYFI’s State Secretary Meenakshi Mukhopadhyay participated in the yatra by walking from Gossaipur to Bagdogra’s Bihar More.
As per reports, the leader addressed a public meeting at Bihar More. During this, the DYFI leader stated that those casting votes for money are robbing the citizens of their rights. She added that the ‘Insaf Yatra’ was targeted against corruption. Furthermore, the leader mentioned the arrest of TMC leader and minister Jyoti Priya Mallick and subsequently took a jibe at the CM.
