Bagdogra, 20th August: A district level science model exhibition was organized at Bagdogra Chittaranjan High School under the aegis of Paschimbanga Vigyan Mancha celebrating the nation’s 75 years of independence and National Science Awareness Day.
During the event, students and teachers of 25 schools and three colleges in the district were present. A total of 45 science models were showcased. In this regard, Gopal Dey, working president of Paschimbanga Vigyan Mancha said that the students from different parts of the district participated in the exhibition. He added that the exhibition was organized to eradicate superstition from society and spread the idea of science instead.
