Kushmandi, 06th February: The South Dinajpur District Chhatra Yuva Utsav commenced at the Kushmandi High School premises on behalf of the Youth Welfare Department of West Bengal Government. The Utsav was inaugurated by Awner Bhutia, the officer of the South Dinajpur District Youth Welfare Department.
During the event, BDO Soham Chowdhury of Kushmandi Block, IC Manvendra Saha of Kushamandi Police station, Ambirish Sarkar, representative of the Minister of State for South Dinajpur District, Razak Hussain, Principal of Kushmandi High School Deepak Kumar Ghosh, and many other dignitaries were present.
More than 500 contestants participated in the District Chhatra Yuva Utsav. Various cultural programs were also organized during the event.
