Siliguri, 19th January: BJP State President Dilip Ghosh reached Siliguri on Tuesday to attend a public meeting in Siliguri’s Baghajatin Park around noon. Several posters and banners featuring Ghosh have been put up across Baghajatin Park to welcome him. However, the posters were spotted defaced with red spit stains.
The party leaders strongly condemned the incident and stated that no sound person can carry out such misconduct.
On the other hand, BJP Siliguri district general secretary Raju Saha held TMC responsible for the incident. He stated that the incident is highly reprehensible and warned to stage demonstrations against the act.
