Maynaguri, 14th January: The death toll in the Maynaguri train accident rose to nine with three more people succumbing to their injuries.
The train accident took place near Domahani yesterday evening. Initially, 3 bodies were recovered till evening.
Several more bodies were later recovered by midnight. So far 9 people have been reported dead by the railways. Around 48 people are injured.
