Siliguri, 07th June: The prolonged nation-wide lockdown in the wake of rising COVID-19 cases has made a huge economical impact on the daily wagers and their families.
In view of this, the Darjeeling District Trinamool Congress, on Sunday, distributed ration among 1000 needy people in Ward No. 38. Besides, COVID-19 awareness campaigns were also held.
Trinamool Congress Darjeeling District President Ranjan Sarkar and other party leaders were present during the programme.
