Siliguri, 15th April: In the last 24 hours, 101 people have been infected with COVID-19 in the Darjeeling district. Out of them, 49 are from some wards of Siliguri Municipal Corporation, 3 from Darjeeling municipality, 1 from Sukna, 25 from Matigara, 1 from Kharibari, 14 from Naxalbari, and 8 from Phansidewa.
On the other hand, 83 people from the SMC area (Darjeeling and Jalpaiguri districts) have been infected with the virus. Besides, 15 people who were admitted to the hospital and were in home isolation have recovered.
