Raiganj, 08th February: A cricket tournament has been organized by the North Dinajpur Police to build a good relation among the public and the Police. The cricket tournament was organized at the Pratibad Club ground in Kaliaganj.
The Raiganj District Police and the Kaliaganj Municipality participated in the tournament and emerged as winners. District Magistrate Arvind Kumar Mina, Superintendent of Police Sumit Kumar, IC Ashish Dolai of the Kaliaganj Police station and many other Police officers participated in the tournament on behalf of the Raiganj District Police. While the Municipal Pradhan, Kartik Chandra Paul, and his team participated on behalf of the Kaliaganj Municipality.
During the event, Kaliaganj MLA Tapan Deb Singh, Additional Superintendent of Police Nikita Farring and many other dignitaries were present.
