Rajganj, 23rd November: CPI(M) organized a protest march from Bhutki Haat to Bandhu Nagar today in support of several demands. People from various branches of the party including the Krishak Sabha of CPI(M) participated in the said march.
The organization stated that farmers are not getting a fair share of the market value for their crops. The prices of fertilizers, seeds, electricity, diesel, and pesticides are surging. Also, the farmers are not getting compensated after crop failure in natural calamities and wildlife attacks.
The unfair market value for their crops has led them to join the protest march. On this day, the anti-people policies of the state and central government were also opposed through the protest march.
