Siliguri, 05th June: A three-day COVID-19 vaccination camp has been organized by Siliguri Chandmoni Uttorayon Welfare Society under the aegis of Lions Club of Uttorayon Centennial, at Birla Divya Jyoti School.
This vaccination camp, organized in association with Medica North Bengal Clinic, was inaugurated by Siliguri Municipal Corporation Administrator Goutam Deb on Friday. More than 2,000 people living in Uttorayan is estimated to be vaccinated in this camp. Apart from this, all the employees working in homes in Uttorayan will also be vaccinated. The Administrator highly praised the initiative.
President of Chandmoni Uttorayon Welfare Society Shravan Choudhary said that this is probably the biggest vaccination campaign in Siliguri. All COVID-19 protocols are being strictly followed in the said camp.
