Siliguri, 29th May: Two more COVID-19 positive cases have been reported in the Siliguri sub-division today.
Meanwhile, District Magistrate (DM) of Darjeeling District S. Ponnambalam stated that two people in the Naxalbari block, who returned from a different state, tested positive for the virus. Both of them were staying at the quarantine center in Hatighasa. Their swab test was done which came back positive today.
With this, 7 positive cases have been reported from Darjeeling district in the past 24 hours.
