Siliguri, 01st May: Two fresh positive cases have been reported in the Siliguri Municipal Corporation area. Besides, 1 positive case has also been reported from the North Dinajpur district Chopra area.
According to administrative sources, the infected people had returned to Siliguri from different states and were admitted to Siliguri Desun SARI hospital. Their swab test was taken which came back positive today. They will be taken to the Matigara COVID hospital soon.
Meanwhile, the administration is constantly trying to trace the ones who had come in contact with the infected people.
The infected person from Chopra is also admitted at Desun SARI hospital and will be taken to Matigara COVID Hospital shortly after.
