COVID-19 Latest updates: 8,78,254 cases in India, death toll rises to 23,174

Ministry of Health and Family Welfare stated that the total COVID-19 cases in India have risen to 8,78,254. This includes 3,01,609 active cases, 23,174 deaths, and 5,53,471 discharged. 28,701 COVID-19 positive cases and 500 deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours.
