Coronavirus Pandemic: Mask distributed in Darjeeling by GJM (Bimal Gurung Faction)

Darjeeling, 24th March: The Gorkha Janmukti Morcha (Bimal Faction) Darjeeling Subdivision Committee, today, distributed mouth masks at the Darjeeling Sadar Police Station, Darjeeling Press Club, Darjeeling Traffic Police, Police Out Post, DIB Office, Ghoom-Jorebunglow Police Station, Darjeeling Fire Station, to contain the spread of the novel coronavirus.
GJM (Bimal Faction) Central Committee Vice President and Chief Coordinator of the Darjeeling Subdivision, R. P. Waiba, GJM Women Wing – Nari Morcha – Central Committee Chief Coordinator Urmila Rumba, Central Committee Member Ganesh Gurung, GJM Member Tilak Chhetri, Uday Chhetri and others participated in the camp.
As per the party source, more masks will be distributed by the GJM tomorrow in the hills. According to the information, these masks were provided by Darjeeling MP Raju Bista.
Meanwhile, R. P. Waiba stated that more such programmes will be arranged in the coming days, under the aegis and guidance of the Darjeeling MP Raju Bista and GJM President Bimal Gurung.
