Siliguri, 20th April: Congress candidate Munish Tamang, supported by Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPIM), from Darjeeling Lok Sabha constituency, conducted an election campaign in Siliguri through a huge rally.
Reportedly, the rally commenced from Baghajatin Park, circumambulated several areas, and concluded at Fuleswari More in Siliguri on Saturday. During the rally, Darjeeling District Congress President Shankar Malakar, veteran CPIM leaders Ashok Bhattacharya, Jibesh Sarkar, and other CPIM-Congress leaders were present.
Additionally, the rally also witnessed active participation of a large number of party workers.
