Kharibari, 06th June: A major mishap occurred on the National Highway-327 adjacent to Kalabari in Kharibari where a lorry transporting coal lost control and overturned. However, no injuries were reported during the incident.
Reportedly, the lorry was transporting a substantial amount of coal from Rajasthan to Bhutan in the early hours of Thursday when it lost control in the said area. Consequently, the vehicle abruptly overturned on the highway. Later, the Kharibari police officials arrived at the spot and the vehicle was recovered with the aid of a crane.
