Siliguri, 06th March: Chief Minister and Trinamool supremo Mamata Banerjee reached Siliguri today evening. She was accompanied by Bengali actors and Trinamool MPs Mimi Chakraborty and Nusrat Jahan. The delegates were also accompanied by Om Prakash Mishra, the recently announced Trinamool candidate for the Siliguri assembly.
Addressing the media after arriving at Bagdogra Airport, the Chief Minister informed that she along with her party supporters will gather in Darjeeling More at 1 pm tomorrow to protest against the price hike of fuel and basic commodities. The TMC chief will apparently lead the roadshow with a gas cylinder.
