Siliguri, 22nd July: The cleaning staff of North Bengal State Transport Corporation (NBSTC) bus depot staged a protest, on Wednesday, in support of various demands.
The protestors alleged that despite working in the terminal for the past several days, they are deprived of all the government grants and special benefits. Agitated by the situation, they jointly staged demonstrations at the NBSTC bus depot today.
They demanded the state government provide basic facilities including Provident Fund (PF) to them.
