Chief Minister virtually inaugurates various Durga Puja pavilions in Siliguri

Siliguri, 02nd October: On the auspicious occasion of Mahalaya, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee virtually inaugurated several Durga Puja pandals across different districts, including in Siliguri. Reportedly, four pandals in the hills, as well as eleven in the plains, including the Subrata Sangha puja in Siliguri, were inaugurated during the event.


This year marks the 67th year of the Subrata Sangha’s Durga Puja, with their theme titled ‘Dristikon.’ The inauguration ceremony for Subrata Sangha was attended by several dignitaries, including Siliguri Municipal Corporation Mayor Gautam Deb, Siliguri Police Commissioner C. Sudhakar, DCP Traffic Biswa Chand Thakur, DCP East Rakesh Singh, and Darjeeling District Magistrate Preeti Goyal, along with other officials.
