Darjeeling, 23rd January: The Chief Minister of West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee, attended the Netaji Jayanti program organized at the Darjeeling Mall. For the last several years, the birth anniversary of the Netaji has been celebrated by the Chief Minister in Darjeeling. During the occasion, the Chief Minister paid tribute to freedom fighter Subhas Chandra Bose.
Several dignitaries including Minister Aroop Biswas and Indranil Sen were present on the occasion. Various cultural programs were also organized on this occasion.
