Siliguri, 23rd April: After holding a meeting along with the health officials of Darjeeling district in Ranidanga on Thursday, a team appointed by the Central government inspected various areas of the city.
The team visited a housing near the Medical area and met the health workers affected with COVID-19 to ensure whether they were getting proper access to medical facilities or not.
The team also visited Siliguri Junction to inspect the facility provided to the stranded laborers who are currently living there.
Addressing the media, team member Binit Joshi stated that various parts of the city are being inspected to get a view of the current situation in Siliguri.
