Phansidewa, 20th November: A cargo truck loaded with rice sacks overturned on a flyover after abruptly losing control. The incident occurred on Wednesday on the Ghoshpukur flyover near Siliguri.
According to reports, the small cargo truck, carrying rice sacks, was en route from Siliguri to Kishanganj. As the vehicle was ascending the Ghoshpukur flyover, one of its tires burst, causing the driver to lose control. The truck then tipped over onto the road.
Fortunately, there were no reports of any injuries in the incident. Local police from the Ghoshpukur outpost arrived at the scene, recovered the overturned vehicle, and initiated an investigation into the cause of the accident.
