Bagdogra, 11th June: An incident of mishap surfaced from Bagdogra in which a cargo truck overturned near Muni Tea Estate. A total of 18 persons have been injured in the incident.
According to reports, today, the said cargo truck was on its way to Siliguri from Ghoshpukur with 22 individuals when it overturned on the National Highway in the said area.
Following the incident, the injured were rescued and taken to Bagdogra Primary Health Center. Subsequently, all the injured were referred to North Bengal Medical College and Hospital. Meanwhile, Bagdogra police have initiated an investigation into the incident.
