Siliguri, 12th September: According to the new notification issued by the Government of West Bengal, Home and Hill Affairs Department Police Service Cell, Siliguri Police Commissioner IPS Akhilesh Kumar Chaturvedi will be replaced by IPS C. Sudhakar as the new Police Commissioner.
It has to be noted that Akhilesh Kumar Chaturvedi took charge as the Commissioner of Siliguri Police on the 15th of September 2022. Following the replacement, IPS Akhilesh Kumar Chaturvedi would be posted to lGP, Jalpaiguri Range. Presently, IPS C. Sudhakar is posted at the Jalpaiguri Range.
