Siliguri, 06th February: A bus heading from Panitanki towards Siliguri went rampant and hit an oil tanker near Chamta Bridge in Matigara. The incident caused the oil tanker to fall off the Chamta bridge into the forest. On the other hand, the bus overturned on the bridge.
Reportedly, several bus passengers have been reported injured in the incident. Police reached the spot as soon as the information about the incident was received. Traffic came to a standstill n Chamta Bridge following the incident. Later the bus was removed from the bridge with the help of a crane.
