Siliguri, 26th May: Amid the current alarming situation, a newly formed team named ’Breathe Siliguri’ has taken the initiative to deliver oxygen cylinders to COVID patients free of cost. This move comes keeping in mind the shortage of oxygen cylinders in the market, and even if they are the prices are skyrocketing.
Tanmoy Goswami said that they were able to do this with the help of several people. Contacting social media, many people have handed over old oxygen cylinders to the association members. At present they have 10 oxygen cylinders and 3 oxygen concentrators.
Oxygen cylinders can be taken by contacting in the numbers 9733533000, 9474092609, 9434151963, 9434020017, 9434019880. In emergency cases, cylinders will be delivered at the doorstep. Any questions regarding the availability of beds in the hospital, queries regarding safe homes, or government ambulance can be asked in these numbers.
