Siliguri, 29th April: Sensation gripped the Siliguri Junction adjoining area on Tuesday morning after the body of a man was discovered by local residents. The deceased has been identified as Ravindra Dutt, a resident of the Malani Jote area in Phansidewa.
According to reports, the body was spotted lying in the vicinity of the junction, prompting an immediate alert to the Pradhan Nagar Police. Upon receiving the information, police personnel reached the spot without delay, took custody of the body, and sent it for post-mortem examination.
Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident to ascertain the cause of death. Further details are awaited.
