Siliguri, 26th August: Sensation prevailed after the body of a 24-year old was found hanging from a tree in the Baikunthapur Farabari forest. The deceased, Pallad Roy, was a resident of the Purbapara Baroari Kali Mandir near Ashighar.
As per the report, on Tuesday night, the locals sighted the youth’s body hanging from a tree in the aforementioned area and reported the matter to the Ashighar police. The Police reached the spot shortly after and recovered the body.
According to the family sources, the youth stepped out of the house yesterday after a conflict in the family. Following which, the incident occurred.
