Siliguri, 26th June: The International Anti-Drug Day was marked with various initiatives aimed at fostering a drug-free society. The Anti Corruption Foundation of India organized a voluntary blood donation camp and a special awareness session in Baribhasa, near Siliguri.
The event commenced with a lamp lighting ceremony, followed by discussions emphasizing the importance of creating a drug-free community. Awareness messages were also spread across different drug-free centers during the program.
Chief guests at the event included ACP Faruque Mohammad Chowdhury from Siliguri Police Commissionerate and President Awardee Babita Prasad, among other notable personalities.
