Rajganj, 16th September: On the auspicious occasion of Eid Milad ul-Nabi, the 36 Jamad Julus Committee organized a blood donation camp at Bandhunagar in Rajganj to mark the birth anniversary of Prophet Hazrat Mohammad.
According to reports, the camp was organized in collaboration with the Zarina Foundation, Lions Club of Siliguri Terai Shakti, and Maharaja Agrasen Blood Bank. The initiative aimed to collect 250 units of blood. In addition, tree saplings were distributed among the donors to promote a green environment.
The event witnessed the presence of Rajganj MLA Khageswar Roy, Binnaguri Gram Panchayat Pradhan Samijuddin Ahmed, Panchayat members Zaker Hussain, Ahidar Rahman, Kahinur Islam, along with several other notable dignitaries.
