Siliguri, 23rd January: Various programs have been organized, today, to commemorate the 123rd birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. In this context, blankets and food were distributed to the needy on behalf of the local people at the Milan Pally Amtala More in Siliguri.
Gautam Majumdar, on behalf of the organizers, stated that they would organize such programmes in the closed tea gardens in the future. He further stated that many people have supported them in the task. Blankets were distributed to 70 needy people, while, food was provided to 400 people, in today’s program.
