Kharibari, 03rd March: Protests against irregular electricity supply by the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) Kharibari Mandal under the leadership of Yuva Morcha President Kanchan Debnath, today, led to the gheraoing of the Electricity Department office.
The Station Manager of the Kharibari Electricity Department, Subendra Saha, was besieged and answers were sought for the irregular electricity supply. The protest concluded after proper assurance was provided by the Station Manager.
The BJP Mandal President Kalyan Kumar Prasad, BJYM Kharibadi Mandal President Tapas Manjhi, GS Tarun Singh, Ajit Sinha, Vicky Ghosh, and many others were present during the protest.
