BJP’s party flags thrown on streets of Siliguri, Shankar Ghosh blames oppositions

Siliguri, 09th April: Bhartiya Janta Party’s (BJP) flag in Ward No. 47 and 27 under Siliguri Municipal Corporation, was allegedly thrown on the streets of Siliguri. Many flags were also put on fire.

Highly condemning the act, BJP candidate Shankar Ghosh from the Siliguri assembly expressed disgust and accused the CPI(M) and TMC of working together in doing such ‘petty politics’ under the frustration of losing the assembly elections.

The BJP leader also recalled the event when banners of PM Narendra Modi were defaced, followed by inciting posters slammed under his name. Shankar Ghosh said that the people who make such a nuisance in the name of politics should leave politics.
