Siliguri, 08th February: After 27 years, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is all set to return to power in Delhi, sparking celebrations among party leaders and supporters across the country, including Siliguri on Saturday.
BJP’s Pravesh Verma secured victory by defeating former Chief Minister and AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal. Following the win, BJP workers in Siliguri organized a grand victory procession to mark the occasion.
The procession began at Hashmi Chowk, passed through Guru Nanak Chowk, and returned to Hashmi Chowk. Enthusiastic party workers participated in large numbers, celebrating the party’s triumph with slogans and cheers.
Bharatiya Janata Party Siliguri Organizational District President Arun Mondal, along with other party leaders and supporters, led the procession.
