Siliguri, 02nd May: The BJP-2 Mandal Ward No. 5 Yuva Morcha leaders staged a symbolic protest at their respective residences demanding the State Government to waive off electricity bills for the next 3 months.
BJP Yuva Morcha President Kanchan Debnath, General Secretary Vikramaditya Mandal, Mandal 2 President Parikkhit Karmakar, and many other leaders were present during the programme.
Debnath stated that it would be a huge burden if people are asked to pay the electricity bills in such a crisis. Therefore, such a demonstration has been staged by the BJP Yuva Morcha in Siliguri as well as in the entire state.
