Siliguri, 22nd October: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Mahila Morcha, Siliguri Organizational District, staged a protest in front of Siliguri police station, raising concerns over rising incidents of crime.
On Tuesday, members led by BJP Mahila Morcha State President Falguni Patra expressed doubts about the recent death of a nurse in Siliguri, questioning if it was suicide or murder.
Reportedly, the protest was organized to highlight the increasing crime in the city, demanding better security and justice.
